Healthy refreshing deserts are hard to come by but I found a recipe that does quite the trick .
For cocoa banana splits you will need;
🦋Ripe bananas 🍌
🦋shredded Coconut (optional)
🦋Fresh milk and sugar
🦋Tiny mason Jars or container
Let’s get to it …
✨First we prepare our cocoa by bringing our milk and sugar to boil .(the sweetness of this depends on the amount of sugar you put in). Add in cocoa powder and stir gently until a thick paste is formed or it looks cooked.
✨Whip cream and set aside .. this I forgot to take a picture of 🤦🏽♀️..These past few days have been somewhat not nice but we move …a lot on my mind .
✨Slide bananas into splits and you ready to assemble ..
🌕As an advocate for recycling most of my glass jars are from scented candles or jams I purchased and used .. 💁🏽♀️
1️⃣Start by placing the banana at the button of the jar
2️⃣ Pour in cocoa.
3️⃣Top with whipped cream. And repeat the whole process till your jar is filled . Do not fill it to the brim as it would leak out .
Leave in fridge for three to four hours to cool, Do not freeze….
