Non-Diary cocoa spread.

How are you doing?

This recipe is a great recipe for ;

Those who are lactose intolerant.

Vegetarians as it’s all plant based

when you cutting down your calories

a great substitute for when you run out of spread.

You can use it on

  • Bread
  • Pancake
  • Brownies
  • Parfaits
  • Fruit salads
  • Bread .

I know I mentioned bread twice, bread is very important.

You will need;

  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa
  • Flavor(I used vanilla)

Procedures.

Dissolve your sugar in the quantity of water you want.

Allow it boil while stirring, do not leave it and be careful it’s very hot .

When it’s boiled.

Gradually add in your cocoa, to the thickness you want .

Stir for about 3minutes

The longer it stays on the stove the thicker it becomes .

NOTES;

Serve hot or cold .

I noticed Nigerian cocoa is a little greasier than the Spanish one . So if you are using the Spanish cocoa you will have to add a little butter or margarine .

I haven’t stored any yet so , I can’t really advice on storage.

But I can guess and say, put in an airtight container and refrigerate.
