To stay rooted means to be strong or firmly fixed .
This came to mind when we noticed a bunch of banana growing from a banana tree we considered dead.
No one took over watering it as its owner wasn’t around to take care of it .
It leaves are dried up and it looked dead but it’s root found a way to get it’s nourishment keeping it alive for it to bear fruits.
Made me reason this,
- Sometimes all you have is yourself and your creator .
- Do not expect others to come to your rescue , nobody is coming to save you and you have to do it yourself
- Conserve energy, you don’t always have to proof to the world that you are a work in progress your fruits will tell it for you
- As long as you are rooted , you will survive. As a Christian, Christ is my firm foundation as long I tap from that source I know death/failure of my purpose is not an option
- Just do you. Let your fruits speak for you.
We spoke with its owner who was in awe too and gave us the go ahead to harvest it .
