Chocolate banana loaf

Hello everyone, this recipe should surely up your banana loaf game 😉.

Too make this you will need 💁🏽‍♀️

2 very Ripe banana 🍌

1 egg 🥚

Nutmeg, vanilla (flavor of choice )

2tbsp Cooking oil (vegetable oil)

1/3 Cup Cocoa powder

1/3 Cup Oat

1/4 Cup Powdered milk 🥛

Salt 🧂

1/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup all purpose flour

Raisins (optional)

Instructions:

Get two bowls.

☀️In one bowl whisk egg, milk, sugar, nutmeg, cooking oil, vanilla and salt.(Two pinch of salt)

☀️In second bowl mash banana, sieve in flour and baking powder and stir, add in mixture from first bowl and stir . Add in cocoa powder ,stir. If it gets too thick you can a little water or liquid milk. Add in oats next ,stir. Then finally put in your raisins (optional)

☀️Grease pan, before you pour in batter. I just put in a baking sheet in pan as it makes the pan easy to wash after use and also make my loaf less greasy .

Bake in medium heat until done, depending on the size. To know if it’s done put in a toothpick or knife and it will come out clean.(I baked mine for 25minutes). Enjoy

I forgot to take a picture when it came out of the oven 🙈
I bought this scented candle some days back and it’s been a blessing . Smells amazing!
